Quality and service without  fuss, Individual 20 square metre bedrooms with under floor heating and lighting to the luxury en-suite bathrooms, with powerful showers.

Breakfast includes specialty teas, freshly brewed coffee, juices , fresh fruit salad, yogurt,  cereals, cakes, toast and full welsh breakfast.

If we are not too busy and you feel like it, breakfast often offers the chance for a chat, or sharing ination about the heritage and local attractions.

We encourage guests to enjoy the gardens, with hidden steps, wonderful views, in the grounds we have Leicesters Church (a project unfinished rather than ruins) being a cathedral built (1587) by Robert Dudley, lover of Queen Elizabeth, (more details at breakfast!) a croquet lawn, and we also own the town walls (1280) with our own private access (legal point : we do not have insurance to cover you here) and finally we have 9 acres of woodland with many footpaths leading straight off our property.

Parking a plenty, and a patio / balcony area where on a bright summer morning breakfast may be taken, it is Indulgent, Luxurious, and Different and we enjoy sharing this with you.
