Fireworks Display - CANCELLED

Unfortunately, this year's Firework Display has had to be cancelled. Please see the Town Council's statement for further details.

Boxing Day - Roll the Barrel Races (26 December 2021)

The event starts at about 10.30 with a parade of vintage tractors followed by the arrival of the Flint and Denbigh Hunt at 10.45. Races commence at 11.

Junior races take place in Crown Square with the adult races (men, women and teams of two) staged on the High Street. Registration for the races is on Boxing day only. 


Denbigh Midsummer Festival - Denbigh Carnival & Motor Show 2022 (24 June 2022)

The Eighth annual Denbigh Carnival is taking place on Saturday 24th  June starting with an impressive procession which will see floats, walking parties in fancy dress, marching bands and the Carnival Royal Retinue travel down from Caledfryn (Denbighshire County Council’s offices) on Smithfield Road, across Lenten Pool and the High Street, into Vale Street before turning into the Carnival field (Middle Parc) via Park Street.

Entry to the field is FREE FOR EVERYONE.  So, you don’t need to pay anything to come and enjoy the day.
